centro Internacional de Jornalistas (ICFJ) abre inscrições para o programa de empreendedorismo digital para jornalistas, empreendedores digitais em comunicação e tecnólogos fluente em inglês da América Latina. O programa, Um Caminho Digital para Empreendedorismo e Inovação para a América Latina, acontece de 19 de abril a 29 de maio de 2020 nos Estados Unidos. As inscrições vão até 30 de novembro.
O programa selecionará candidatos para desenvolver projetos de mídia usando o potencial das ferramentas digitais para criar empresas de notícias sustentáveis que forneçam notícias e informações de interesse público. Os participantes terão reuniões em Washington D.C., visitarão organizações de mídia digital, receberão treinamento prático sobre ferramentas e técnicas digitais e discutirão seus projetos com empreendedores norte-americanos. Durante a última semana do programa, o grupo participará do Congresso de Fellows profissionais em Washington, D.C.
Em contrapartida, os anfitriões norte-americanos terão a oportunidade de viajar à América Latina por duas semanas para reuniões com organizações de mídia. Todos os custos do programa para os selecionados serão cobertos pelo Escritório de Educação e Cultura do Departamento de Estado norte-americano.
Requisitos para o programa:
- Ter potencial de liderança e se empenhar em promover compreensão mútua entre diferentes países.
- Ter fluência em inglês.
- Ter entre 25 a 40 anos.
- Deficientes são incentivados a se candidatar.

A six-week program will help participants create business models to generate sustainable revenues. Applications will be accepted until November 30
– The International Center of Journalists (ICFJ) is accepting applications for the Digital Entrepreneurship program for journalists, technologists, and media entrepreneurs, who are fluent in English in Latin America. The program, A Digital Path to Entrepreneurship and Innovation for Latin America, will take place from April 19 to May 29, 2020, in the United States. Applications will be accepted until November 30.
The program will select candidates to develop media projects to harness the power of digital tools to create sustainable news businesses that provide news and information in the public interest. Participants will have meetings in Washington D.C., visit digital media organizations, receive hands-on training on digital tools and techniques, and workshop their digital media project proposals with U.S. media entrepreneurs. During the final week of the U.S. visit, fellows will participate in the Professional Fellows Congress in Washington, D.C.
As part of the exchange, select U.S. hosts will have the opportunity to travel to Latin America for two weeks and have meetings with media organizations. All program costs for selected participants will be covered by the Office of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the U.S. Department of State.
The program is open to Brazilian who meet the following criteria:
• Have leadership potential and commitment to enhancing mutual understanding among different countries.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Ages between 25-40.
